1. W-2,(2 years)and most recent paystub
2. Address of residences for past two years.
3. Name and address of employer for past two years
4. Copy of sales contract.
5. Latest three months bank statements, all accounts.
6. Open loans-Names and addresses. Acct. numbers, payments & balances.
7. Loan information on other real estate owned.
8. Bank names, account numbers and balances
9. Recorded copies of divorce decrees.
10. Check for credit report.
11. Photo identification.
12. Certificate of eligibility or DD214 (VA Loans Only)
13. Self-Employed Parties: Last two years tax returns and YTD P&L.
14. Social Security Card
